Mitchell Technical is the only Radiation Therapy program avaliable in South Dakota. It is currently not accredited by JRCERT, but is in the process of applying for the initial accreditation. If students intend to transfer into a Radiation Therapy Bachelor’s degree, beware this degree may not fulfill requirements in many of the schools. If individuals are planning to take the ARRT board exam for Radiation Therapy, then this program will meet your needs.

Students are required to hold a valid certificate from ARRT for Radiologic Technology or at least registry eligible.

Students are also required to purchase one of their laptops and not allowed to bring their own.
